It starts with one question 'would you rather...' and three options. One option might be to go to a tucked-away cafe. Another might direct you to somewhere that does traditional British fare. The other might suggest you take the weight off in the local pub.
You decide which you like the sound of. You go, eat, drink and be merry.
Then you get another question and three possible options. And on and on it goes.
